In case you are living under a rock and haven't heard, Beyonce has teamed up with one of my
favourite clothing retailers Topshop to launch an active wear clothing brand (athleisure) called Ivy Park.
This couldn't have come at a better time since athleisure has become mainstream now and we can officially say it is a wardrobe staple
*Side Note * The word athleisure has officially made it into the Merriam-Webster dictionary and will be defined as "casual clothing designed to be worn both for exercising and for general use."
If you think this is just another endorsement think again because according to ELLE Beyonce met up with Topshop's CEO and presented him with the idea including the marketing strategy and they agreed on 50/50 joint venture so she co-owns the brand ... ka-ching!!
The line will be sporting T-shirts, leggings, leotards (no surprise here lol), hoodies, crop-tops and much more.
"Ivy Park will be available in the following stores worldwide, in store and on line from 14 April 2016. Please check with the individual retailer for your nearest store and shipping locations."

I am unable to confirm if and when this brand will be available in South Africa but I have tweeted TopshopSA and will update the post upon receiving a response.
